VAT framing
Individual self-study purchases at the PeopleCert direct price are typically VAT-applicable. Corporate purchases of ATO bundles include VAT in the listed price or as an explicit addition. For VAT-recoverable businesses the effective net cost on a £1,395+VAT bundle is the same £1,395. For non-recoverable contexts (sole traders below threshold, exempt sectors) the gross price is the comparison point.
